Google’s Pixel 3XL, just got revealed in all it’s glory in an unboxing video posted on YouTube and we get to see almost everything about the design in terms of visual design and also what’s included inside the box. Before checking what’s inside the box, first take a look at these leaked images of the Google Pixel 3XL, on the front we have a huge awkward looking notch on an Android smartphone. It’s vertically a bit longer and houses front Dual-Cameras, along with the earpiece and regular sensors.
Dominating the front is a 6.1-inch SuperAMOLED panel, obviously with QHD resolution and below the front panel, we do have a big chin, like most Android phones that we have seen in 2018. But fortunately, the chin houses a front-facing speaker and we also hope the earpiece could also act as one, to offer a stereo speaker effect.
What comes inside the box of Pixel 3XL?
- Obviously the Google Pixel 3XL
- A USB Type-C to 3.5mm headphone jack (oh, poor audio jack, R.I.P)
- Charging cable
- And also the Google Pixel Ear-buds (Worth $129)
Now coming towards the rear, we still have a Single-Camera setup and you shouldn’t be disappointed with this move from Google, because the single shooter on the Pixel with assistance from it’s Deep learning AI abilities, blows away every smartphone out there, no matter how much camera the competition has. The Camera image processing software is the king of Google’s Pixel smartphones.

On the back of the handset, we still have that circular fingerprint scanner and the Dual-tone finish. And the color we see here is a pearlescent White with glossy finish at the top half and the rest is a matte finish.
Talking about its specs, as you may already know, the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, 4GB and 6GB RAM. Coming with 64GB, 128GB and also 256GB storage options and with no place for expandable memory.

The battery on the Pixel 3XL as being the bigger variant will be at least 3400mAh battery or more with QC 4.0 Support. Lastly, the Google Pixel 3XL will come with Android Pie 9.0 out of the box and will retail for $699 for the base variant, while for the top shelf model, you may need to shell out over $800 or more.
Overall, the design of the Google Pixel 3XL could be a big let down for some, but when it comes to camera and software updates, the Pixel 3 and the Pixel 3XL will again dominate it’s rivals, as usual.
