Xiaomi’s Mi Max 3 has been in leaks since months now, and as we get closer to the device’s launch we get to hear fresh and more accurate information about, Xiaomi’s upcoming phablet. And in today’s leak, we have the Mi Max 3’s retail box which also now confirms the camera specs, battery capacity, and the display size all are now finalized. The version found in this retail unit is the 4GB RAM and 64GB model, which could be the base or maybe the mid-tier variant.
Now starting with the display as per mentioned on the box is a massive 6.9-inch with 18:9 (aspect ratio)IPS LCD panel, which should be carrying a Full-HD+ resolution, that’s even larger than the upcoming phablet king Galaxy Note 9. Bezels, as seen on the previous leaks, will be minimal for sure as this is implementing an 18:9 ratio. A notch could look weird on such a huge phone, but Tenna listings show’s the device it without one.
Talking about the camera, on the box it indicates a Dual-Camera which was well already known, but specs of the camera are out now. With the primary sensor being a 12-megapixel unit accompanied by a 5-megapixel sensor which would probably a depth sensor for those Portrait shots. The Pixel size is mentioned as 1.4µm micro pixel size, which is a larger size and should help in capturing more light. The battery on the Mi Max 3 is a 5500mAh capacity which should last a day and a half.
